This note describes the public marketing site at wavesense.health only. It does not describe the Cortex product, pilot deployments, or resident data. Those need their own notice, written with counsel, before any personal data is processed.

This website

The marketing site is static. It does not run an account system, a shop, or an analytics tag. Writing to us is by email. Anything you put in that email is processed so we can reply.

Fonts are files on this site. The pages do not call Google Fonts, an advertising network, or a third-party analytics host.

Product data, stated at a high level

Aether is the radio in the system: presence, breathing and heart rate. The radio itself has no camera, microphone or wearable. Radiant is the camera, placed in key spots, and it infers posture on the device. Video is not stored. A live view, where a home switches it on, is optional, encrypted, and limited to authorised staff. This paragraph is a product description for the marketing site. It is not a data-protection assessment.

Designed for UK GDPR

“Designed for UK GDPR” on the marketing site means the product is being shaped around data minimisation, on-device inference, and access control. It is not a claim that WaveSense, or any deployment, has been certified.

Retention and your requests

Email we receive is kept long enough to handle the conversation and any pilot follow-up, then deleted or archived under a policy counsel still has to set. To ask about your information, email hello@wavesense.health. Counsel should add the lawful bases, retention periods, and processor list before this page is treated as live.
