These placeholder terms cover only the public marketing pages. A pilot, a hardware install, or access to Cortex needs a contract written by counsel. Nothing on this website is that contract.

The site

The pages describe WaveSense, Aether, Radiant, Cortex and PRECOG. Illustrations, including the 3D scenes and the demo dashboard, are explanatory. They are not a live clinical system and not a promise of a particular clinical outcome.

No medical claim

WaveSense does not diagnose. PRECOG is described as a prompt for carers, based on change from a personal baseline. It is not a medical device claim. Regulatory status has to be stated by counsel before any such wording is published.

Pilots

Asking for a pilot by email does not create a pilot. Scope, price, data roles, and clinical governance are agreed separately.

Liability and law

Counsel should add the governing law, liability cap, and acceptable-use rules before this page is treated as live. Until then, do not treat this draft as allocating risk.
